<p>This highly mysterious creature has shaggy black fur, large bat-like ears and huge buckteeth.</p>

<p>They have big, wide opened eyes and long thin, delicate fingers and their diet includes insects, fruits, nuts, nectar, seeds. Night is their activity period, but all of the day they spend sleeping in the nest, constructed in a tree from interwoven twigs and dead leaves. <br /> Because of Aye-Aye&#8217;s unnatractive appearance and human&#8217;s superstitious beliefs, lemurs were killed often by some native people.
