<p>It is interesting fact that coati’s males used to live in solo without creating groups or shoals, opposite to females which are incline to gather into huge groups up to 50 individuals. Who knows what for? Gossip? Sure, they are women)</p>
<p align="center"><img alt="Coati searching for food" src="http://curiousanimals.net/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/coati-20searching-20for-20food-small.jpg" border="0"></p>

<p align="center"><img alt="Coati lovely combination of nose and tail" src="http://curiousanimals.net/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/lovely-20combination-20of-20nose-20and-20tail-small.jpg" border="0"></p>
<p>These groups of females called bands ) They have long muzzles, brown fur and strange ringed furry tail in spite of their habitat mostly in a tropic rain forests. Because of their body building as well as thanks to tail, coati are brilliant tree climbers and what is more interesting they are able to climb down tree (is what cats unable to perform<img src="http://curiousanimals.net/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/smile2.gif">)</p>
<p align="center"><img alt="My mom said this one seems like bear" src="http://curiousanimals.net/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/my-20mom-20said-20this-20one-20seems-20like-20bear-small.jpg" border="0">&nbsp;</p>
<p>Believe it or not, taking into account their impressive teeth, coati’s light diet includes only fruits, worms and vegetables! May be that is exactly a reason of their teeth’s healthy looking )</p>
