I just got a {toy pugnosed pekingese 3weeks ago
we named her Pixie Anne she also has a black heart marking on her fur to does anybody know what the black heart means we would like too kow
she was born on April 15,2008 she came from a {Puppy Mill}
Pixie is the sweetie too Pixie is 3months old already 1 day last week I gave her a bath that’s when i found the black heart on her back isthis black heart on Pixie meant for a special Reason

Well I think they shaved some of the hair off
it used to be brown and then they shaved it as a heart and dyed some of the hair
