HELP! Im getting a syrian hamster in a few days, and it will be a new baby. I have my cage, but it is 12 by 9 1/2 inches with a 5 1/2 inch diameter wheel. Is this cage too small? I heard this breed grows to be quite big…… I just want it to be comfortable in its new home.

I am so mad at myself because I had a teddy bear hamster (cutest things ever) and after a month I left to cage door open by accident and it ran away! I never found it.. and that was three years ago.
I am really sad

I have a ham (meanong hamster, acutually hamsters are the easyest pets to ever take care of, yeah I have 1 an hes realy cute an I love him , oh an hamsters dont eat bread or chesee, bya!!!
