The following story and the realization that such places DO exist touched my heart. There is a special North Shore Animal League in Port Washington, that is the world’s largest pet adoption center. Here we met Donna Imhof which has adopted four chihuahuas without front legs.

These poor dogs are know capable of moving with the help of special scooters that were custom-built for them in January. The following scooters were created thanks to donors. Now the dogs can move and even move very quickly and they look so cute.
