The breed is Papillon. Although the little white fluffy one over her shoulder isn;t a papillon.

I think Lucy, Christina’s little white dog on her shoulder, is a maltese. We have a maltipoo-havanese that has crinkly hair from the maltipoo part but I don’t see crinkly hair on Lucy, just short shaggy hair leading me to think she’s a maltese.
