Nothing makes me angrier than seeing people in fur coats. It is absolutely disgusting that people think they need to kill 100 of these amazing creatures just so they think they can look good. If only they knew how amazing these creatures really are! It's just so sad that humans think they can take advantage of such vulnerable creatures and makes me sad because the animals cannot do anything about it, just merely squirm while they are being held upside down and executed in their anal. I have two chinchillas and they are honestly the best thing that has ever happened to me. An owner does need to read up on chinchillas before getting one, but it sounds like you're ready!! We started out with two and then they had a baby, so we got him a girl to keep him company and they had a baby! Then the first two had two more babies, the second couple had three more babies and then finally the first couple had 3 more babies. We should have separated them but the babies are so cute! We found good homes for all the girls and kept the 6 boys. I've learned how they care for their young and live harmoniously together (they sleep on top of each other and groom each other) and how fun they are to have as pets (I build them forts out of cardboard boxes to play in. They are friendly and fun to hold). I can't believe what an abomination chinchilla fur coats are (or any fur coats for that matter) and feel that anyone who wears or makes them is evil.
