Now, I have seen blinking collars in the past, but this one really works. It runs on 3 AAA batteries, it's waterproof, and my dog has yet to inflict any injury to the unit. It is called the SeeSpot Blinking Dog Collar. I think my buddy bought it online, but I'm not sure. I walk my Lab at night around the neighborhood without a leash, and I feel so much better knowing exactly where he is. It blinks a color of amber that is so easy to see at night...even in fog!
